Reader,
It has been a while. How are you?
As we navigate the intricate tapestry of life, I can't help but smile at the notion of me growing more 'mature' โ though, let's be honest, laughter is one of the secrets to staying young.

Reader I ask you a question:
What will you do TODAY to bring yourself joy and laughter, even in difficult and challenging times.

Choices
I have learned that situations arise daily and we have the choice to respond or react. I mentioned this in another newsletter; that power we have to make an incisive choice when it matters.

What I am aiming for is the feeling at the end of your chosen activity. It may be something small that actually triggers joy. I believe in doing those little things, consistently over time. For me they make a difference.

Does this resonate with you?
If so, hit reply and let me know! I definitely respond to emails.โ
